“Clean room good breakfast ideal location for our trip”

“Room wasn’t cleaned so also no tea/coffee/water replaced. Called reception and replacements promised within 10 minutes - never arrived after an hour so had to re request. No clean cups or spoons. Two power cuts first night with no answer to an Expedia message. Hotel was extremely dated and it is never a 4 star room and the receptionists all lacked basic pleasantries/communication skills. Much prefer Llechwen Hall stays. Golf course looked nice though”

“Personale molto accogliente e gentile. Camere moderne, pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort. Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro sulla strada principale, a due passi dalla stazione, dal Castello e da ristoranti e negozi. Nonostante la movida notturna la camera è molto silenziosa. Un hotel storico in pieno centro a Cardiff perfetto per visitare con comodità la città!!”

“Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. We booked this hotel for my son’s graduation and it was ideal for getting into Cardiff with a short uber ride. Very clean and good sized rooms with everything we needed. Breakfast was really good with hot food served from 7am. We sat in the lovely gardens and had a drink in the bar which was so nice as it was so warm. Would definitely return.”
