“During a very busy weekend, due to the UW-Madison graduation ceremonies, everyone at this hotel was very nice and accommodating during the 4 days we were there. Everything was nice and the employees, at the front desk, the breakfast servers, housekeeping, etc., were top notch.”

“Breakfast and parking were great. The only unpleasant surprise: our fridge was truned off and we encountered some food there from the previous guests. Nor a nice find.”

“There was a barking dog and a very loud TV in the adjacent room. The TV was on continuously even at night. I told front desk staff but nothing was done. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Paid over $300 for 2 nights Couch bed had no sheets Ripped curtains No coffee or water Oily face / palm prints on the window Amenities- one broken soap bar+ ripped towels Shower barely working But the worst part is staff: don’t pick up the phone , nasty attitude. Right at 11 knocked multiple times telling us that we needed to check out, followed by a phone call stating:” Are you checking out or what ?””
