“The front desk staff at this hotel was horrible, with the exception of Janet, she was the only friendly face I encountered behind the front desk in my 10 nights stay. I called to ask about a package there and encountered the worst behaving person on duty, she refused to give her name and was not at all helpful about my package enquiry and she even hung up on me. “The hotel feels like a resort and the staff are all in tune to be helpful. That’s rare and makes me really want to return for another stay. The breakfast was provided with more than ample portions. It seemed even the other guests were having a peaceful stay. The receptionist was extremely kind and lifted my spirits.”
