“We stayed there twice, a week apart on our way to and from California. The hotel was disgusting. The rooms smelled of stale coffee, the bathroom grout was full of mold. The ice machine can’t have been cleaned ever because we were pulling out cubes filled with black mold and sludge. The breakfast wasn’t any better. The scrambled eggs were burnt and wet. There was a puddle of condensation at the bottom of the eggs… plus the turkey sausage was so dry the skin was pulling from the meat and it tasted...

“I do not recommend this hotel. During our stay, my car was broken into while parked in the hotel’s parking lot. The thieves stole all of my belongings and completely shattered and removed the entire rear window of my car. What is most concerning is that there are no cameras covering the back of the parking area, even though it is a very small parking lot owned by the hotel. The staff showed very little empathy or concern for what happened and took no responsibility whatsoever. What upset me...

“The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced.”

“Breakfast menu and service were both excellent. Room AC worked will but was noisey. Request for Bathtub stopper quickly taken care of. Best part is the excellent breakfast!!!”

“WIFI access was not good at all, could not receive or make calls from our cell phones in the room-had to go outside. Otherwise was a very nice/quiet resort. ”
