“The staff was not helpful at all. When we checked in I asked about valet, we have a large vehicle and it would not fit in parking garages. The lady checking us in said they had valet and explained how it was an extra cost ~$55 so I paid at check in. I went outside to valet my car and the attendant looked at me like I was crazy, he said 'we don't have valet' then he proceeded to get a manager.
