“Reserved king suite with jacuzzi tub. When we entered the room it felt like it had an odor to it, we looked in the jacuzzi and the bottom was dirty. My wife and I agreed we were not going in the jacuzzi and we wanted a refund, so we went to the front desk and told them we were unhappy with the room and they said they did not have another jacuzzi suite so we left and went to a different hotel. Hopefully we will not be charged!”

“This was perhaps the worst stay I have ever had. Staff were aloof and unhelpful. No elevator. Room was "remodeled" and bed was adequate. Bathroom - DIRT came out of the tub and shower. There are two small drawers for clothing; no rack or hangers for hanging clothes, had to hang them on the chain for securing the door. BREAKFAST was a joke. Kleenex were given as napkins. A large jar of peanut butter and jam with shared utensils and frozen waffles, along with a gallon jug of shared milk...

“Check-in was good. The lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. The property is old but they are in the process of making updates. Our room had new floors and lights but only one light worked. There was food left in the fridge and the microwave was dirty. We had one bath towel and the bathroom floor was dirty. Overall it was okay for one night.”
