“The room was ok. Some of the towels had black stains on them. The toilet seat had urine splashes. The towel rack was broken and it felt into the toilet when I grabbed the towel. Only one pillow was provided without a pillow cover. Also the people in the room upstairs were extremely loud. You can hear everything on the bottom floor. ”

“The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my entire stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and willing to assist with anything I needed. It really made a difference and added to the overall experience. The AC worked excellently, which was especially appreciated—it kept the room cool and comfortable the entire time. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back.”

“Receptionist was very nice very polite room was very clean no issues with parking the only thing was that we didn't have a stepping towel for the shower but other than that we were very satisfied with receptionist and the cleanliness of the hotel thank you”

“Ho cambiato 4 stanza perche in ognuna ho trovato lenzuola piene di peli. Alla fine mibsono fatto dare lenzuola pulite e le ho cambiate personalmente. Pavimenti sporchi .”

“Nos toco la habitacion con un foco grande afuera, y no nos dejaba dormir entraba demasiada luz al cuarto, parecia que era de dia, pague por una cama mas grande y me dieron la matrimonial y reclame y no me hicieron caso , no sale agua caliente , estaba limpio fue lo unico bueno ”
