“Disgusting. Falling apart. Filthy. Several strands of hair in the “clean” sheets and bath tub. Hated every minute in the room. I’m 5 feet 4 inches and I didn’t fit underneath the shower head.”

“Fantastic choice”

“We lost power for about an hour and the staff was very rude when we inquired about it. Also the pool was supposed to open at 10 am but no one had a key and it was after 1 pm before it opened. The rooms very clean and I think housekeeping did a great job. The rooms are very outdated. Friends that were staying in another room had problems with their AC.”

“Don't stay here, unless you like living with roaches. Poor maintenance in the whole place, from parking to smelly rooms with dirty walls, roaches. I bought my own cleaning supplies to clean my room the 3 days I was there. Even bought my own TP.”

“Room was clean but thats about it. People stomping called front desk 3 times was told they have 5 heavy people above us and it would stop. Kept going all night I was begging them to get them to stop I had to be up at 4am to drive. Each time I was told they would stop they didnt stop. I woke up at 5am and hr late and was exhausted driving 9 hrs to Arizona. Not happy at all.”

“We were made 3hrs to check in bc the room was being cleaned, then when we finally got into the room, the floor was filthy, making walking around filthy, the linen was stained, there was no microwave in the room like the amenities stated and our fridge froze everything (the dial was broken). The door latch was loose, the ac was cracked and making odd noises, there were holes all over the room and the tv was damaged as well. We were there for two weeks and had to ask the staff and housekeeping for...
