“Amazing staff and very helpful. The room was super clean and tidy, despite being in the older (so not refurned) part of the hotel. It was worth it for the super sea view! It was a shame that the pool was not in operation, but these things happen. “The room had everything you need but wasn’t clean and they don’t clean during your stay either. You can get new towels from reception, but no one is coming to get your previous wet/used ones. Reception desk is impressive and the 2 girls were smiley and attentive. Bathroom was ok but looking very tired. Shower was good and powerful. Parking is easy and the golf course looks good. For the price it wasn’t great value. We might stay again if we can’t find anything better, for the next Goodwood...
