“Worse breakfast, bedding very dirty with spots on pillows , one person to manage everything no body at the breakfast , wooden railing on the stairs so dirty looks never cleaned brown wood appearing black. Never recommended any body this property.”

“No breakfast included despite booking confirmation. Room ok but very much in need of repair. Bathroom provisions poor and needed to request additional ‘essentials’ having been left 1/4 a roll. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at No. 29. Our host, Chris, was very welcoming and thoughtful. We loved the personal touches, from the delicious homemade lemon drizzle cake waiting for us on arrival to the cafetière coffee provided in our room. Our room was peaceful, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a highlight, perfectly cooked with a wide selection, including even more homemade cake and the best homemade bread I’ve ever tasted! “What a lovely stay run by a lovely couple. A quirky friendly B&B within easy walking distance of town ( a little up hill on the way back) Beautiful garden full of interest. A perfectly cooked breakfast in the morning made using good quality produce. Along with cereals, yogurts and juice. Homely and clean. You really felt like a guest rather than just another number moving through. They have two small friendly dogs but kept them out of the way for a guest who felt nervous around dogs....

They are extremely helpful with any queries and provided excellent recommendations for local dining, facilities and places to visit. Jo’s daily breakfast was amazing and we loved her daily specials. The room was spotless, very comfortable and had excellent facilities. Great location. Parking on site was good and safe. We throughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. We would be happy to...
