“Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast too.”

“Beautiful period property, excellent value for money, very safe. The room, shared bathroom and shower room were all very clean and well maintained. The restaurant/cafe serves delicious home-cooked food. I was initially concerned this was going to be ‘too cheap’ but actually it was really lovely. Highly recommended.”

“If I had to run an hotel - this would be it! Every aspect was excellent!”

“Spazi camere insufficienti, mancanza di armadi ( causa spazio) Lavabo troppo piccolo, spazio doccia minimo”

“Our stay was luvly, right qhere we wanted to be very cl8se to the beach, rooms very comfortable and clean.Rosemary and David are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are brilliant, we had something different each day and no complaints from us and the warm lemon drizzle cake was divine.”

“A very nice short stay at this lovely old Hotel. Our room (3) was maybe a little dated but that’s part of the charm of this place. Excellent breakfast cooked to order with plenty of choice. Limited parking but the road outside is unrestricted so it’s not a big deal. Ventnor is a pretty place (10 mins walk). Would recommend the Spyglass Inn for a relaxing drink overlooking the sea.”

“This was a lovely guesthouse, located very close (400m or so) from the cliff lift, and it was a short stroll to the old village. We were met upon our arrival by Jackie. She was very welcoming and helpful, she was amazing. The room was lovely, ours was newly decorated with a beach theme and consisted of a double room, leading onto a room with a double bed and further onto a bathroom with shower. “We loved staying at Albert Cottage. It is a unique property with beautiful historical furnishings and design. The breakfasts are wonderful. There is a lovely sitting room where we played cards. It has a nice restaurant. It is an easy walk to the fantastic Osborne House. There were a couple of small plumbing issues due to the age of the building but they were taken care of and not significant. We stayed in many places during our trip to the UK and loved this one in particular.”

“The shower was black with grime toilet seat not good carpets stained staff helpful food good but they need to clean deco as really dirty and bad.”

“Owners were very friendly, great information package in room.”

“The Woodvale is a pub with rooms. Our room was pleasant and was reasonably spacious. Bathroom had a shower and was very clean, although a little old. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the pub which served decent food. Overall we enjoyed our stay. ”

“Amazing host. Photos don’t give the property justice.”

“Bella struttura, personale gentile, buon servizio. Prezzi del ristorante decisamente alti in rapporto alla qualità/quantità di pietanze e servizio. ”

“Very charming place! Super service 😎 will be back”

“We had a lovely stay at The Ryedale in Shanklin. The service was excellent, everything was very clean, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming family feel. The hosts were friendly and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.”

“Everything from start to finish was amazing!”
