“The Woodvale is a pub with rooms. Our room was pleasant and was reasonably spacious. Bathroom had a shower and was very clean, although a little old. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the pub which served decent food. Overall we enjoyed our stay. ”

“Amazing stay at Enchanted manor, from the moment we walked in the vibes were warm and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious and the red squirrels and badger feeding in the evenings was an amazing experience. Could not recommend this place more. ”

Couldn’t have been more helpful as a host too - wish we’d stayed longer but as we were on a tour round the island we only had one night!”

“Fairly minimalistic, good value for money, pleasant proprietors. The location is OK - 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. When we checked out they provided continental breakfast early. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“We had an excellent stay at The Fawley Guest House. Our room was large and well equipped, the breakfasts were very nice and the landlady Mellissa very helpful - she sorted out our ferry crossing from and back to Portsmouth for us. The house is quite old and needs some redecoration but that is in hand. W wish them every success.”
