“This is a lovely property with (frankly) an amazingly beautiful PARKING LOT! I was in awe of the beautiful Ponderosa Pines left standing majestically throughout the lot! The property itself has many amenities (pools, hot tub, s’mores fire, private beaches) that made our stay unique and memorable. Thankfully the front desk staffer put us on the 12th floor with beautiful views and relatively quiet surroundings for the number of small families around. “Original unit wasn’t available. Owner didn’t respond until the next day after we were gone about or check-in process. The property management was very helpful in acquiring a quality room so there were no issues. ”

“We love The Ridge. Have been coming since 1988. Would recommend for families. This particular location was great. The power in the bathroom went out our last day, but it was just the toilet/shower area so it wasn't a big deal to work around it. The both hot tubs in the building were not working and it looked like the out of service sign had been there for a while. So expect to trudge to another building if you want to go in a hot tub. ”
