“This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. We have 2 more trips...

“Everything was great except we were anticipating have hotel pool access and did not. We had access to the smaller, timeshare pool, but would have liked access to the larger pool. However, it was still a great time. ”

“The property is wonderful, great location with lots of dining and activity options. The only knock on it is it is false to say it has “full resort access” when you have to pay 15 extra per person to go to the pool and the beach was only accessible on certain limited days and times and it had construction going on so it wasn’t really “resort-like”.”

“The only complaint that we had was the the coffee table in front of the couch had a lot of deep scratches, also the bedroom window had scratches. I reported it and listened not to worry other than that. It's a great place. We had a wonderful time.”

“Very friendly staff and nice overall property. Parking was a problem in the fact that it was difficult to get a parking spot and the cost was crazy considering. As a family it was nice to have a place to be a family with a kitchen and things to entertain the kids. The pool heater was broken and Expedia doesn't discloses the parking fees or other fees associated with booking this property.”
