“Everything was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a nightmare, maybe because I booked with Expedia/AfterPay. There is no front desk. I sat for an hour while Kasa Customer Service was unhelpful via text, email, and call - their form would not work on multiple browsers via phone and laptop. “Stayed here 3 times this winter and all stays were consistently very good. Had everything I could need. Tucked away from the main strip but close enough if you wanted to venture out. Home away from home. ”

“The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”

“I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus.
