“Breakfast was ok, rooms were big and clean”

“The pool and hot tub looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in forever. Hair kept getting on us. Bandaids and garbage on floors. No pool towels for hours. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had dried blood on our ceiling and the smoke detector was covered by a plastic garbage bag. Mysterious stains dripping down walls in entryway of room.”

“This hotel is conveniently located for our visit to the city, and the staff were very friendly. My only major issue was the bed—the mattresses were terribly uncomfortable, and it was the same in both rooms our family booked.”
