“The pictures show a bright modern space but once inside you can see it is not as new as it appears. Yes, the floors and carpets are newer and the cabinets have been refaced. But the appliances, bathrooms are still dated. That was fine and relatively easy to deal with. The real issue is pests. I was greeted one morning by some very large cockroaches.
