Hotel di lusso a Westside

“Very nice and well managed hotel for business travelers in Houston Area ”

“It's a beautiful hotel and the room was amazing and huge !!! Really top top”

“L'hotel si trova in una posizione buona, di fronte a "The Galleria" e nel cuore di Houston Uptown. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile; le camere pulite e ben fornite. “Personnel very kind, but little prepared. Room scheduling very poor. Not to mention room conditions: old, dusty, and extremely noisy, although being located near the top of the building. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the hotel service.”

“The hotel is surrounded by a lot of entertainment and restaurants. There are many amenities and the attached bar and restaurant were great. We were in room 533 and the music from the pool area was pretty loud but I believe the volume was accidentally left elevated overnight. The freeway noise was a little bothersome as well in the early morning but we live in a rural area and not used to the noise so take that with a grain of salt. Great experience overall.”
