“Although not "luxurious", the apartment was charming. It was clean, the windows were a real treat, and it was convenient to all we wanted to do. However, we stayed during the winter only to find the air conditioner on....we were freezing! There were multiple controllers available but no instructions for use. We finally connected with a maintenance man on the last day. Luckily we spent most of our days sightseeing. The code we were given for the outside door to enter the building never worked....

“The apartment is amazing and it’s the perfect location. Giving it a four because I tried to reach out prior to our stay about leaving our bags early. There was no response. Also, we were notified upon arrival that there would be no hot water for the entirety of our stay, without any advance warning. ”

“The space was in a great location for most of the attractions we hoped to see while in NYC for Christmas. There were a few challenges as I received an access code for the building but the code had expired. Additionally, we did not receive a code for the unit itself.Someone let us into the building but we waited over 45 minutes to get into the unit because there was nobody at the desk to help us access the code we needed and nobody responded to the text I sent.
