ApartHotel a White Plains

“The staff was cool well informed only thing was the thermostat wasn’t working”

“Friendly staff. Great room . Walking distance to the district theatre. Will def stay there again ”

“Great hotel with apartment hotel solution”

“A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

“Il personale della reception é stato gentilissimo ”

“Photos do not correspond to the ones on website. Rooms are old and dirty. Every day I had to request towels and cleaning the room otherwise they would not do it. Customer service promises to help but did not.”

“The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it.”

“An unforgettable stay in the vibrant heart of Manhattan. The apartment instantly makes you feel like you’re living the true New York dream. The location is absolutely phenomenal—just a few steps from the Empire State Building, so close you can practically feel its iconic presence as soon as you walk outside. You’re also right near Macy’s Herald Square, the original flagship store—the one! For anyone who loves shopping, it’s a paradise just around the corner. The check‑in staff was wonderful,...

“Location, host responsiveness, cleanliness, accurate photo representation, all 10/10! Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting NYC, an incredible value for the price! My family and I (group of 5 adults) booked this apartment as my sister and I were running the NYC Marathon. Not a sketchy location whatsoever, close to a lot of the major tourist attractions but not RIGHT in the heart so it's much more enjoyable! Walking distance to a ton of subway lines as well! The apartment...

“Camere pulite e vicino alla metro”

“Thank you for your attention. We were very pleased. It is also in a wonderful location. See you next time!”
