“Spectacular. property and location. We slept in the 16th century building. The room super big, with an amazing view on the British country side. Bathroom extrememelly specious and with a wonderful bath tub The location is just wonderful. immersed in the country side Absolutely perfect stay. 10 ++++++ ”

“An absolutely stunning hotel in a brilliant location. The grounds, hotel and room were phenomenal, easily standing high above other similar accommodation in the area. I will be returning any time i travel to Birmingham in the future - anywhere else will just feel disappointing now! ”

“Spotlessly clean, homely, cosy, great freshly cooked English breakfast, efficient and friendly staff, lots of parking and always looked forward to getting back after long days out in and around the Cotswolds. Would book again. ”

“Warm welcome at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean as was the bathroom. As it was Christmas, they left a box of Quality Street in the room for us. Nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good. Value for money.”

“Inizio con il dire che lo staff è eccellente, sia alla reception che al ristorante. Eccellente anche la colazione, una delle migliori mai provate. Splendida la location, in mezzo al verde e ai campi da golf, per appassionati una manna. Purtroppo la camera non è all’altezza, doccia con tenda ed erogatore troppo basso, finiture vecchie, niente minibar, vista nel mio caso sul parcheggio, tubature rumorose. Pessima la cena, mai successo di trovarmi così male, zuppa del giorno una semplice passata di...

“Got in late and left early but the ppl were very kind and efficient The room clean, spacious and not standard. Fascinated by the age of the structure and he well it's kept. “Welcoming staff, personal service from a relatively small hotel. Room was great, hotel also had a complementary taxi sercice to and from events centre on site, which was very welcome as the weather wasn't the best. Breakfast was served quickly by attentive staff. Will definitely be stopping again.”

“Cozy location with furniture sometimes cure sometimes odd. 10 minute walking distance from.airport shuttle. Small room, no desk for working with laptop, but common area in the hall. Some games in the hall (table football, chess board)”

“We had a wonderful stay at Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa for 2 nights after Christmas as a family of 5. We have been here before but this time we stayed in the main manor part of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, dinner was delicious too! Service from everyone who works in the hotel were just brilliant! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will no doubt be coming back again.”
