“Checking in Joshua was very personable and helpful. Only got 1 room key though instead of 2. Not a lot of parking. The area where the breakfast is served was small and hard to navigate with the crowds…it wasn’t an open concept so really only accommodated about 4-5 people before we were walking on top of each other. The seating was fine but where food was served was tight. Our room was on the first floor but was quiet even with a high school baseball and a lacrosse team(probably says more about...

“My stay here was great! Every time I returned to my room, there were fresh towels in the bathroom, I loved the included breakfast and the bistro/restaurant option for dinner, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I definitely utilized the concession store every day (water, coffee, snacks), making my trip easier before heading into the city each day. Many helpful amenities and accommodations. The TVs have streaming apps as well, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of places to sit...

“No Elevator!! Must arrange for cleaning , they don't clean daily. When we tried to arrange the same day cleaning at 8am, apparently they had no staff to clean. We asked for 3 new towels, we did not receive until our 3rd call to front desk. Hot tub was not working. Gym had a puddle of water by the water station, garbage overflowing - people left their garbage on the table by the garbage bin. Afternoon frontdesk staff was friendly.”

“The property was good but the cleaning crew knocked around 8:30 to clean the room. I was fast asleep coz I worked till 0300 hrs and they kept on knocking. I had to get out of bed and went to answer the door. That was rude of nobody answered on the first knock that means they are still sleeping besides ita too early.”
