“I was greatly impressed with this property. The staff was awesome and had all needed amenities. Only drawbacks was a dirty room ac filter and a bathroom drain plug that didn’t work. Was still a very pleasant one night stay. Many thanks to all! ”

“A very outdated room! We had to have the front desk lady (maintenance) come up three times to get the TV to work. The room smelled like a big smelly dog had just left. We asked for a different room, but they said they were sold out. (even though we saw several empty rooms at the time) we pre purchased two nights. We had to have the cleaning person bring deodorizer up, which only helped for about 30 minutes. The lotion dispenser on the wall was empty so I went to find the cleaning person,,, they...

“It was later discovered that our room wasnt properly cleaned from around the bedding. ”

“Many positives but one deal killer. Both the 2nd and 3rd evenings we returned to find the door unlocked and not latched. The door did not latch when left to close by itself, we found that you have to pull it shut manually to get it to latch/lock. We informed the front desk the first night and emphasized how important it was to us to know that our room is locked.
