“I stayed here for a day and a half and was disappointed with the overall experience. When I checked in, I immediately asked about a late checkout. Although the website indicated late checkout options were available the last day of my stay, the front desk employee told me I could not extend checkout until noon when i checked in. “From the pictures and price, I expected this hotel to be high quality. But it was just Ok. Nothing special. The lobby was very stark and uninviting. No place to sit. Hard floors. Plain walls. The front desk was still enclosed from Covid days. The room was pretty dirty: floors, corners, behind fixtures, etc. Breakfast was continental: packaged rolls, cereal, yogurt, bananas, etc. I would put this on the same level as a lower-level hotel/motel, like a Motel 6, not an almost-$200/night...

“The place is mismanaged. There is no maintenance person available to fix tv. Entry keys did not work periodically. Breakfast was minimal and the area was not monitored. They are evidently understaffed. The manage was constantly apologizing but did not do anything to change things for the better.”

“It was just like advertised. There a lot of places in tulsa that got nice pictures and then you get there and it’s horrible happened to me 3 times with 3 different hotels. Lucky me I found this Avid its amazing and worth every penny.”

“The Jr Suite was clean and comfortable. Nice space for the 3 of us to move around without being in each other’s way. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast.”
