Hotel a Windfall City

“So Convenient to the University!”

“Room and bathroom very clean, Nearly all staff were both knowledgeable and helpful. Good breakfast, clean area and many choices. (try the yogurt-great) Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Felt safe. ”

“The staff was absolutely amazing. They were all super friendly. The breakfast was good and lots of seating room.. The pool was down which was a huge bummer since we paid for a room that we had already felt was overpriced in hopes to take our son swimming and was not able to. The room was kinda small and overpriced in my opinion.”

“Food at Courtyards everywhere is fresh and tasty. Parking is ample. I am a female traveling alone and always feel safe . Staff at any of their inns have always exceptional .”

“The room temperature was great. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff in the hallway that morning was all very good at saying good morning. Gave a great day. ”

“All was excellent except the Pool. Closed many times due to MAINTENANCE. Staff very friendly about " they are checking the chemicals" My suggestion is if your pool maintenance staff can't get in til 9 then change pool hours to 10. Then there is no expectation that it opens at 9”

“Room had ants crawling all over the room, bed and bathroom. Called the front desk and they were supposed to send someone and no one came to do anything about. Never apologized for the inconvenience this caused”

“The pool was closed for cleaning kids n I was upset about that the second day we stayed but otherwise it was nice and u can wash ur lundary for free there great deal !!!”

“The GM who checked me in gave us a friendly heads-up that the hotel would soon fill with youth softball and baseball teams and their parents. Also, on my last night, I had split my thumbnail and needed a nail clipper. He said (and I think he was was telling a tall tale) that he was headed to a nearby store and would see if they had any. Moments later, he showed up with a new $3 pair from that story for which I insist he accept $20.”
