Ryokan a Windsor

“Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber, mit Fön und Wasserkocher. Im Restaurant war die Klimaanlage sehr kalt eingestellt, wurde aber abgestellt wenn man das Personal darauf ansprach. Was mir nicht gefiel war dass man den Parkplatz extra bezahlen musste”

“What an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Windsor. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away. Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided. Would 100% stay again in the future Thankyou ”

“- Not enough parking, was told to park illegally and given a peice of paper saying manor hotel guest for the window - loud constant noise only hearable in room - no hot water for shower - no plug in bath - mould on ceiling in bathroom - stains on bedding - broken tap housing - several bulbs broken - found an empty water bottle under bed - no disabled access It's a nice area, and you could tell about 30 years ago the hotel would have been posh.
