“Love this gem on Russian River! It is secluded and private, but easy to get to the Sunset beach on the river, Korbel winery, and Guerneville for festivities. The listing photos don’t do justice for this place: the main house is fully renovated with upgraded appliances. Huge kitchen to accommodate 9 of us, and all three bathrooms are spacious. “It was a charming cottage! Very clean and had all the amenities you could want! Full kitchen and most appliances, extra blankets, iron/board, lots of storage space, games, toiletries, books, and more. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed our visit and would very likely return here the next time we go to Clear Lake! Highly recommend!”

“The Hollies is a beautiful and peaceful experience. The accommodations were very comfortable and we enjoyed the extra special artwork throughout the space. Dee and Al are wonderful, kind hosts. They went above and beyond in being so gracious and patient, especially with my fussy 7-month-old baby. My only regret was not having more time to spend at their lovely home and the surroundings. I highly recommend staying here.”

“This is a lovely property with beautiful views from the front porch. We had our coffee on there every morning.The owner was very nice and sent her daughter to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. Make sure you have the key if you go out the backdoor. It locks automatically. Luckily we had a cell phone.”

“The farmhouse and property exceeded our expectations. We loved the setting and location. The primary bed was super comfortable and the living room had high quality furnishings to provide a comfortable stay. We ate dinner at Salt & Stone in Kenwood one of the nights and absolutely recommend. The location of the farmhouse is really ideal and convenient to so many places. Our host Caroline was wonderful to work with and communication and the guidebook were excellent. Thank you again! ”

“Really enjoyed how close the property was to local amenities. House was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Host even went the extra mile to ship back and item left at the house. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The house was perfect. Clean and enough room for us. The stove was beautiful although we didn’t use it. The three bedrooms were great but we only used two of them. The property was great with the Bocce Ball and badminton. The weather was beautiful. You can see where the river came up to the driveway. We would definitely like to stay there again. “Celebrated my 50th with 12 close girlfriends. The house was truly perfect- space for everyone to stay comfortably, lots of common spaces with 3 tiers of outdoor decks- all looking out to the expansive beautiful garden, farm and trees! The space was so amazing for spending time with company outdoors or in. Carmina and Jorge catered a meal for us which was also delicious and convenient . I will DEFINITELY return!!”

“Wow this home was amazing!! We stayed her for my sisters spa bachelorette weekend. It was the perfect escape, the big backyard, fire pit, hot tub and hammock were wonderful! Not to mention the updated appliances and beautiful finishings. Not a single complaint about this beautiful home! Not to mention the host was super communicative and responsive to all our questions and concerns! Highly recommend!”

“The house is a lot more accommodating than pictures make it seem. There is plenty of room for a larger family. The porch was definitely a hit! Hot tub was nice, the fire pit was good and the wildlife around the area was excellent. Definitely recommended. Thank you for the stay!”

“We rented this property for a girls getaway ranging in age from 30’s to age 93.The main house is bright and open. It is furnished tastefully and immaculate throughout. The beds were very comfortable and every detail had been considered. The other two bedrooms were in cottages and were well furnished and private.The pool is really fun and we enjoyed having fresh eggs from the hens on the property.We would love to visit again soon.”

“There was ample space for our group of 4 families with kids staying over a long holiday weekend. The house was easy to find and well stocked with kitchen items, and we loved the recommendation for the local Oliver's Market for food. The pool was wonderful, as was the hot tub, the outdoor space and the grill. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. We would definitely come back! ”

“Amazing property in the middle of a vineyard! I’m a travel nurse and stayed here May and June for an assignment in St. Helena. My family and I loved our stay here….all the furnishings and kitchenware looked brand new and were high quality. The property has a peaceful vibe and we even saw hot air balloons pass by several mornings. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!”

"Ci hanno avvertito all’arrivo che la struttura non prevedeva le pulizie giornaliere. Ci siamo accordati per pulizia dopo 3 giorni ma nessuno è venuto a pulire. Inoltre la wifi saltava in continuazione. I canali tv si scollegavano dipo 10 minuti di visione e quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazione, la risposta della reception è stata che lei non guardava mai la tv! Insistendo perché mettessero a posto il problema, ci ha detto di provare a spegnere e riaccendere (che ovviamente non ha risolto nulla. Infine in bagno l’acqua era sempre bollente, anche se il rubinetto era impostato su fredda. Peccato perché il posto era carino, ma i servizi sono stati pessimi"
