Strutture Motel 6 a Wine Country

“I am looking into a refund. This was the worst place I have ever stayed at in my life. A lot of places were sold out and I thought it would not be a big deal to stay at a Motel 6 if it were clean and decent. The room smelled heavily of mold. The sink leaked. The AC did not work. The people that stayed there looked like they drug addicts and trailer trash.”

“The staff was helpful in providing a refund, when requested. I was glad to arrive in Santa Rosa after a 3.5 hr drive and at first didnt see the entire room. After we showered, the bathroom floor was flooded, the vanity was falling apart, the door didnt close and in the room itself, the floor was not clean. It appeared to not be swept, broken glass from previous stay still on the floor. Squished bugs were not wiped clean. Room was supposed to be non smoking yet my clothes, the air, the pillows...

“No pool as advertised. Very seedy motel but worked for the night.”
