Hotel di lusso a Winston - Salem

“The hotel is located in a between downtown area with a lot of restaurants in walking distance to choice from. When we arrived valet was awesome and the hotel lobby was beautiful. They did have to change our room due to some small issues that were addressed immediately. The recreation area was so nice and the kids had so much bowling. We ate at Mellow Mushroom which was about 3 blocks up and it was worth every bite 10/10”

“TV service was sketchy. The desk staff were wonderful. The dining staff for some ready were too intense concerning the legal right of our breakfast The elevator seems to need upgrading”

First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details.
