Also...the front desk check in throughout the trip to just make sure we had a good stay. *while the hotel is older & could use updates, the staff makes this a Great hotel. ”

“My husband and I travel frequently and have not spent really any time in a Hilton hotel. We stayed here from Thursday, March 5 through Tuesday, March 10. I absolutely, without doubt, have to say that going forward, I don’t think I can stay at anything other than a Hilton hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn Hanes Mall was 100% the cleanest and best experience we have ever had. “The only problem I had was not having a coffee pot in my room when I first woke up to make me a cup of coffee other than that everything was excellent I love The Walking showers and everything and the TV had the 16 bulbs looking back at you but we let him know downstairs at the customer service desk about the TV”
