“Camera pulita e accogliente, colazione basic , poca scelta , personale cordiale .”

“Room was lovely. Felt that the bar service was quite slow. Toilets in reception area were in a terrible state on arrival and even worse the following morning - definitely needed to be clean on a more frequent basis. Had drinks in The Snug which was a lovely space but dirty tables and crumbs on the floor. Not what I expected from a four star hotel. Would stay at the hotel agdd as in but they definitely need to up their game.”

“toilet to close to wall over head shower head to small and no flex lead shower head no main light switch by bed had to exit to kill light break fast bit over priced but dinner was great and water was hot grounds nice but could use some more flowers fountin needs a good clean ditto bench”

“Una brutta esperienza, ho pagato in hotel il parcheggio, dopo una settimana al rientro in Italia, mi è arrivata la multa dalla società che gestisce il parcheggio tramite l’autonoleggio ma non sono mai riuscito ad avere la ricevuta di pagamento del parcheggio dall’hotel. Ho scritto più volte, sono andato in chat sul sito, ho chiamato l’hotel ho chiesto aiuto a Expedia ma nulla l’hotel non mi ha mai mandato la ricevuta. Risultato 100£ di multa e 30£ di spese da gestione.. veramente POCA SERIETÀ....
