“The pool was dirty. They put me in a room that was old. Rug worn A/C didn’t work very well. They missed cleaning 2 of the 4 days I was there. One of the 2 window shades was even hooked up to electric. It stayed up for 2 days before they finally hooked it up to electric and put it down for good no way to change it. Look I’ve been with Holiday Inn and they started getting mediocre. So I tried somebody new. You’d think Hilton would bring it. But sadly in today’s world mediocrity is the new standard”
