“Parking lot is lit up like a Friday night lights which is good because the parking lot had some sketchy folks. The hotel did not have drinking water because the vending machine was empty. The shower has no door or curtain so water accumulated on the floor. ”

“This appears to be a newer property and overall I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The hotel felt fresh and updated, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything in the room was in good working order, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. “The breakfast had the usual offerings. The room was clean with LV flooring. Much more sanitary than carpeting. The AC kept us cool. The hallway was quiet. They accept pets which is a big plus for us. We always stay at this hotel when coming to Lubbock.”

“The room smelled smoky. The noise was too much at night. Could hear everything, people just walking and speaking normally - not even loudly.
The AC was very loud too as it turned off and on.
Breakfast was horrible. Hash browns were really underheated. Cold to the touch.
Coffee seemed old it had bad taste.
The biscuits were tough. Eggs were tasteless. They could have used a little salt or pepper.”

“Avoid this property!!!
We had a bad experience here about six or eight months ago, but wanted to give them another chance. Very bad idea! Bathroom wasn't cleaned - dirty towels from prior guests and hairs all over the sink. Room stank of stale cigs and bad deodorizer. Loud party started at 2AM next door - finally insisted on a new room. The AC in the new room clanked like it was falling off the wall - finally turned it off. Roaches crawling in bathroom and kitchen. And again, someone else's...

“The hotel is very tired. Our bathroom had a leak around the commode. The tub looked terrible. Had an excellent breakfast and very nice and accommodating staff. We have stayed at other Elegante properties and this was the worst. For what we paid. We could not recommend this property.”
