“Absolutely fabulous stay, staff were all fabulous and friendly, room was comfortable and clean, location was great and with lovely surroundings, will definitely be returning, food was excellent, breakfasts cooked to specifications and served hot and promptly, thanks for a fabulous break ”

“The executive suite at The Inn was absolutely gorgeous, probably the nicest room we have ever stayed in, with an amazing view! However, we didn't sleep great because the bed was particularly uncomfortable, which is a shame because everything else was perfect!”

“He been to the BGL twice in the last month and have enjoyed both stays. First hotel I’ve been to that has no reception or staff in general, with keys and information left on a table on the way in. No matter though, I’m there to sleep and shower and that’s about it!
It’s situated right on the beach which gives you the most incredible view out of the window and it’s close to local pubs and a few other conveniences. More importantly, it’s in an amazing place to head in to Wasdale - other than...
