“Breakfast just so so. Showers faucet were terrible get too hot or cold couldnt get warm. Carpet dirty.”

“I booked a suite with one queen bed. We were given a standard room - no explanation as to why. We didn't discover this until we entered the room we were assigned. We had been charged for a much more expensive room. I went back down to the desk and was told that all suites were booked. I showed the desk clerk that i booked a suite and was told to wait 5 minutes while she checked "something". She came back and told me she had a room for us but the toilet needed to be fixed before we could move in....

“The first room had a live scorpion, dead roaches in air vents and dead bugs behind furniture. Next room was not too bad, a few less dead bugs behind furniture and a weird stain on one of the chairs. Wouldn’t stay here again”

“This place looks NOTHING like the pictures. It's very run down and looks like low income people are living here full time. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and the door was locked. A small, aggressive dog was locked in the front office and was barking like crazy. Called number on the door several times for service and was unable to reach anyone. Eventually an employee walked up to the front and asked if we were here to check in, to which I replied "yes" and then she informs us...
