“Really friendly owners Hugh and Marian, very good company! They took us up to feed the horses and meet the other friendly animals. We stayed in a little independent suite which was warm and cosy. Extreme comfortably bed!! Wonderful breakfast. 10/10”

Loftsome bridge although off a main road for convenience is lovely and quite due to it being a good distant back from it, so you get the best of both worlds a good nights sleep and connectivity to all the local attractions with York not being too far away. “I love this little gem of a pub and have been staying here for at least the past 15 years whenever I am in the area for regular work. Andy and Adele make a great team with delicious food, a good variety of beers, wines, cocktails etc and a lovely fire to keep us all cosy and warm, oh and the fish pie was really delicious! 😋”
