“Clean room with friendly staff ”

“Not a great place considering that it ran us $175/night. Was expecting something much nicer for the price. Room was Spartan - missing furniture. Example: Coffee maker sitting on top of mini fridge in the floor in a corner. No table. No desk. Just weird. Strong smell of weed in parking lot. Bathroom was nice and clean. Room was clean. Bed was fine. Overall though, not a great experience.”

“First, we arrive with an Expedia reservation and the Comfort Suites has "no record" of it. The desk clerk (with limited English) has to talk to his manager and tells me I have to call Expedia. Expedia confirms we have a reservation and gives them a virtual card (because I have already paid through Expedia) but that virtual card is supposed declined. I then have to cancel the reservation through Expedia and book directly. The breakfast was a complete joke. No where to sit (think Breakfast in...

“Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was great for our family. Room was clean, though beds were a little too firm for our liking. Had 1 small issue with our room, and the night staff really thought outside the box to make it right for us; we really appreciated their effort to assist us. Would stay again.”

“The property is a little dated but you can tell they are trying their best to up grade and improve things. My room was very clean, no bugs nothing to complain about.. nothing fancy but if you would like a clean decent place to sleep here I go. It was peaceful at night as well, they have a breakfast in the am but I didn’t go so I can’t say anything about it, they have a few vending machines that have a very good variety and even a few personal hygiene things in them too. “We had a family emergency and had to get a room last minute. We booked our room on Expedia. We arrived shortly after 11 pm. Noone was on site to check us in. Over a house phone we were told they didn't have a two-bed room and they transferred us to another location about 15-20 minutes away. When we got there we talked to somone on the house phone who let us in but had no knowledge of the transfer. He eventually gave us a room and left a note for the day staff.”
