Hotel a Yoakum

“Breakfast consisted of coffee and toast with cereal. The jelly was nasty. It was in a squeeze bottle that looked like it had been sitting there for about a year. I would not go back again.”

“Convenient parking, comfortable bed, provided tolietries. Suggest grab bar(s) in bathtub for older customers.”

“Bed was very comfortable, bathroom very clean maintained. We were on this hotel before two years ago, we noticed slightly deteriorating, the pool was closed (June), we packed swimming suits, not a chance to wearing them. However breakfast was very good and friendly staff.”

“Horrible customer service. We arrived at midnight to check in and were not informed that there was any construction going on. At 7am we’re awaken by loud construction on the roof we were on the third floor. I called the front desk and asked if there was construction going on since it was loud which she confirmed and she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience nothing she just stayed quiet. Toilet was broken and tv did not work.”

“My husband and I had a pleasant stay. We definitely would be returning.”

“Every was clean. However, there is construction in the hotel. Even at 8:45, Sunday, the day after July 4th, the workers decided to wake us up while using saws. Then, half the breakfast was cut out because of construction that was not even on the same floor. Worst experience I’ve had as a Hilton Honors members.”

“The room was very clean, Staff was very helpful when we asked about a couple of things. Mattress was comfortable and bedding was clean. Nice shower. A/C was cold. Easy parking. Coffee and breakfast was awesome, Biscuits were fluffy.”

“The air conditioner cooled, but the room was grossly humid. The fountain decorations are broken in the lobby and just sitting there as an eye sore. Clearly the property is not being well maintained. The staff were all very friendly.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked well in the room. The breakfast was delicious. But we were hoping to make a dip in the pool since summertime and the pool was closed. Wasn’t working disappointed, but overall, it was a nice hotel walking distance to Dairy Queen next-door. We did that instead of swimming in the pool. There’s no hot tub.”
