“We stayed at Woodhall hotel and spa for 4 nights in the lodges. There was not much natural light entering the room and noise can be heard from the adjoining room The building could do with some refurbishment The views and gardens are beautiful The staff were really excellent and nothing was too much trouble The food was equally good with some fabulous combinations and flavours and, they have an interesting wine list, if slightly on the pricey side. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you”

“We only had a short stay there but the hotel and rooms are spotless, staff friendly and helpful, excellent food and well stocked bar. Ample parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to go back again. Thanks guys and gals 👍”

“The staff were polite and provide good customer service. The room was Clean and tidy. Bit dated fitting with a hotel of its age. Could do with Fridge and some modernisation to room. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice hot & cold.”

“The room was comfortable and clean, great blackout curtains and comfortable bed and pillows. Good selection of teas and coffee in the room and iron and hair dryer. Only snag was the windows are old and banged a little in the wind, and also let noise in from the pubs next to train station- but it’s typical for old buildings. It didn’t disturb us in the morning. I would say if you need to use the lift, there is one lift at the moment and it’s used by staff and guests which is inconvenient....
