“We stopped here on the last night of a cross country drive. The lobby was neat and clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, informing us on the in house offerings for dinner and drinks as well as other nearby options. “I booked a3 night stay 2 nights we had a storm and no electricity with no compensation no back up generators nothing just in dark until you weren’t.. the door locked on the handle but no other safety features the door had crackers you could see outside you get what you pay for.”

“I stayed here because the reviews Expedia showed were okay (should’ve checked google). The lobby seemed fine but as soon as we walked into our building it smelled like an animal shelter. It’s obvious people had cats/dogs and did not clean up after them. The place had so many roaches alive and dead and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was also burn marks on the comforter and the tv didn’t work. Our stay was only for the night so it’s fine and I didn’t fear for my safety...

“The room was clean and up to date. However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door.”

“Our room wasn’t offered clean towels for two days. Our bed wasn’t made timely during day hours while we were out. Some receptionists weren’t very friendly: just overall experience wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3. This was the worst yet experience.”
