“Our stay overall would have been pleasant if not for the hateful staff member in the breakfast area between 8 and 9 a.m. I accidentally spilled some cereal trying to figure out the dispenser and she came at me like a charging bull, wanting to know why I had spilled the cereal. “There were multiple stains in the room’s floor, mold in the corner of the bathtub, no soap or tissues in the bathroom (I was able to ask for soap and they gave me 2 bars) and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. While it didn’t smell like someone had directly smoked in the room, I could smell it in the room. I asked if the room beside mine (I was in 111) was a smoking room and was told yes. “Had a very busy day and this place was just right - close to Busch Gardens, many food options near by and very clean.”

“Expectations were low given the price point. The main areas were well maintained but the rooms were musty and there were no power outlets available to plug in anywhere near the bed. There were overseas outlets and the front desk didn't have any adapters or other solutions. The wi-fi wasn't working for most of our stay and the breakfast wasn't great. It could have been better. ”

“The room was disgusting. It smelled so bad (from cigarettes) I had to eat my dinner in my car. There was a hair in the bed that looked like pubes, and the room was disgusting. I had a room for a second night but cut my trip short and left. I showered as soon as I got home and washed the clean clothes I had taken because they stink if that room.”

“Parking spots were little tight and I have a smaller vehicle. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the 3 p.m. check in and was told the room would not be ready for another hour to an hour and a half. They did swap us out to a smaller room that was clean and ready. We didn't want to wait for our room because we had an engagement that evening and wanted to freshen up and change prior to it after driving for several hours. Beyond that staff was extremely nice and helpful. ”

“when you turn on the light in the bathroom, the noise is so loud and high-pitched that you cannot use the light. You also cannot stay in the bathroom long enough to take a shower because of the insanely loud noise coming from the light. I have photos that I’m happy to post of baby cockroaches in the kitchen area of the room. And finally, the entire floor that I was on reeked of marijuana into my room. “Too expensive for what you get ”

“Rooms oversold. Arrived at 1 am. To one bed for four people. This cannot happen without apologizing and some effort to make it right. ”

“Nice clean room. Bed and pillows real comfy. Friendly staff and located nice facinity of Hampton Coliseum and Mall. Pool was not as inviting. But overall stay was good and would stay again.”

“Breakfast selection was minimal and not great; watery eggs and thin bacon that didn’t look done, no other sides. My king bed had 4 mini pillows like for your sofa! When asked to replace them, they said that they didn’t have any more pillows. I will not be returning there! ”

“It’s a bit run down but for the price point it’s what you’d expect. The indoor pool was chilly and the “hot” tub colder than the pool. The breakfast was basically just cereal. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. ”
