“The room smelled musky as soon as you walked in. The one chair in the room was very worn and the arms were dirty. The vending machine did not work. We put money in it and lost our money. When we asked the front desk about it they told us the vending machines were not working and they did not give us our money back. The pillows were old and lumpy. We did not have a comfortable stay.”

“Everything was great and breakfast was SO GOOD and plentiful. Great hotel for the value.”

“The hotel smelled awful like cigarette smoke despite saying it was non-smoking. Our window wouldn't shut, the deadbolt was broken, there was no other lock, and when we asked for a new room we were told no. We never got clean towels unless we asked and we're always told none we're available. When we did get clean towels they were left on the floor outside the room. The guests or residents were loud, yelling, cussing, slamming doors. The garbage was never taken out during our 6 night stay. Guests...

“This is a very old facility with some updates in part of the bathroom sink area and walls in tub. Lots of outdated wall paper especially all the grass hopper green in the hallways. Breakfast was not good at all. And totally over priced we paid $292.00 per night. Will find somewhere else next time.”

“I have travelled throughout the US and this inn was the BEST I have encountered. The breakfasts were spectacular - cream cheese, apple brioche French toast was one of my favorites! The rooms and gardens also amazing but the real difference was the hospitality given by Leslie! You will not find a better place and you will be longing to go back when you leave!!”

“We were there 3 weeks. The second time I requested the linens be changed all they did was flip the sheets over and turn them around. I know this because the little taco bell sauce I spilled had just changed position in the fitted sheet. I understand this a cheaper extended stay compared to the others in Kokomo.”
