Case sull'albero a Zandvoort

“The hotel is a very good family hotel where children can have a lot of fun, the play area is majestic! The reception staff instead completely inefficient, they did not provide us with an extra blanket because they did not have the hotel being full and in the end the hair dryer did not work, I went down with wet hair at 10 in the evening and they replied that they had no others and could not do anything, I raised my voice because such a thing is unacceptable and by chance a new hair dryer came...

“The best place the staff is so friendly”

“Gut wie immer”

“Unstaffed and poor communication throughout especially for a four star expensive boutique hotel.”

“Perfect bedroom but coffeecorner was in the hallway, no reception. Bed was perfect, clean room perfect bathroom. But we paid almost 300 euro’s for 1 night, and that is a little bit too much.”

Only one of them contained the correct payment link. The whole process felt rather surreal. Check-in was available from 16:00. We arrived at 16:50, only to find our room was still being cleaned. The gentleman seemed annoyed that we were "already" there, and we couldn't get into the room until 17:10. After a day out with two kids, it wasn't the...
