“This hotel was disgusting and the room was so heavily smoked in I had to leave immediately. Not to mention there was a huge hole almost 4' in diameter in the wall not fully repaired amongst other things damaged in the room. Tried to get a different room but conveniently they were "sold out". So essentially I paid for 2 nights here to walk into the room for 5 minutes and have to leave. No refund from hotel manager or help in any way and ended up staying at the MyPlace up the road. Do not stay...

The handicap room was very spacious allowing for ease in wheelchair manuevering. I appreciated how close the room was to the elevayor as I cannot not walk very far. “I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”
