“The Expedia Concierge Staff were exceptional, special thanks to Brissa, Roberto and Gabriel. Brissa, assisted in formulating an itinerary for our 2 night trip to La Paz, recommending places of interest to stop at and restaurants. The Krystal Grand Hotel did not disappoint, the room we were first assigned had 2 beds and the air conditioning unit was faulty. We had requested a king bed, we were moved the next day to a king bed and this room was good. We enjoyed most if the specialty restaurants...

“Hotel di design davvero bello. Infinity pool su rooftop meravigliosa. Ha anche una spiaggia dove si può fare il bagno (caratteristica non comune nella zona). Camera molto carina e con tutti i comfort (bellissima vista). Ha nche un'altra piscina "Tranquilla"”

“Beautiful room and location, close to the marina. The staff was exceptional and it was nice to be able to always get a lounge chair. The breakfast staff in particular were amazing. 12 Tribes restaurant had really good food and service but menu got a little routine after a week”
