“The good news is that this hotel met the minimum requirements. It was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed. But it is not well-maintained: - Our room was a 3rd-floor walkup. The only elevator only reaches half the rooms (one side) of the hotel - There was no ceiling light in our room, and the desk light was dead. The front desk staff eventually brought us a new lightbulb. (They have no maintenance staff at night). The bulb flickered badly, and the lamp killed the new bulb too, within 10...
