“My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It’s small but still spacious enough for a family of four. The property is located in a prime spot. The only thing I would suggest is ensuring the home is thoroughly deep cleaned after each use, including cleaning the microwave and replacing broken blinds. Overall, the home is fantastic, and I would recommend it!”

“There isn’t an activity room yet you pay a resort fee. What is the resort fee for? We can get a pool and place at any hotel. The activity room was storage for mattresses and furniture. There was an ATM and pinball table…”

“Wonderful communication with property owner, comfortable beds and amenities like a welcome basket with snacks/bottle water/juice was an added bonus. Very clean throughout and easy to follow check-in and out instructions. Only minor complaint is that the air conditioner for the upstairs room was off upon arrival, so the room was quite hot when we arrived near 8pm at night. Would definitely stay again as we were close walk to the beach and local food spots. ”

“We drove from NYC to the hotel, got there at 11:30 and they told us we have to wait for check in time. Went back at 4:30 and the room still was not ready until 5:30. They need to deal better with time ”

“Clean cabin and nice staff members. I didn't like that we didn't have the pillows and the comforters ( but got informed about it before the trip ). Our cabin was by the railway so it was super loud, I couldn't sleep. The bathroom is not connected to the cabin ( and I also knew about it before coming to the place). My husband said the men's bathroom smelled absolutely horrible. ”

“Expedia gives this an 8.6 but is extremely deceptive about this stay. First, I received a call from the owners prior to check in asking what time specifically I would be checking in. They clearly don't stay in the office unless needed. As soon as I arrived, the owner walked my fiancé and I to our cottage with a very brief tour and then went straight back inside his home which was right next to ours. The room itself was clean enough although the bed skirt had stains. The towels provided were...
