Hotel a Zwingle

“Hotel desk was on second floor, 1st was like a basement, multiful Humidifiers were in hallways, probably trying to stop a mold problem. The toilet in my room would not flush, the handle when tried didn't move, was afraid I would break the handle off, so I had to tank the tank cover off to lift flusher manually. The shower had loose missing paint at the top where there might have been some trim missing that had covered the flaking paint. The shower curtain must have been broken off sometime in...

“Odd smell in the main spaces my children complained about, bare bones breakfast (but a breakfast nonetheless), easy to get to. Cheapest place I found in a relatively large area. Was fine for a brief late overnight, early start stay.”

“Hot tub was not heating and did not get hot until an hour before they close the pool area. Found food left from a previous guest in our room. Strange smell in hallway. And there was mold on the wall in the bathroom in our room.”

“On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the property was well maintained—mostly. On the “needs improvement” side, the hot tub was broken and when we asked a housekeeper about it, she responded “long time”. The breakfast was nicely complete but needs to be replenished in a more timely manner and the tables need to be cleaned more often.”

“First of all in the elevator there is a hand written sign that says" When you get to your desired floor HOLD the door open button so the door will open". Then the elevator doesn't stop even with the floor and my first step out was face first on the floor as the elevator stopped about 3 inches above the floor. The room felt like a jail cell, you can open window all the way open (4th floor) and no bars on the screen so a child could fall out, toilet is so low to floor as if you are using a...

“Family friendly,staff is so helpful and so welcoming. Nice pool for famy with kids!”

“Requested an early check in a day in advance. Was told 1:30 "would not be a problem" and room was not ready until 3:30. Breakfast area could not accommodate the number of guests there. Shower drain was plugged, left you in inches of standing water.”

“Property was clean. Staff were nice. Breakfast was decent but ran out of a lot of items. Pool was okay but would’ve been nice to have a pool and hot tub outside as well. Nice location, easy to get to.”

“The house is beautiful. Simon was extremely communicative and we were able to check in and out without incident. We were unable to stay for breakfast but it smelled wonderful. The views were beautiful and it felt very comfortable and safe. Everyone should experience this beautiful bed and breakfast”
