Messico e America Centrale: Vacanze al mare

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, but does get a bit repetitive if staying more than a few days.

It was alright the resort lost power a couple times and our room was very warm , it was already hot to begin with the AC would not go down I assumed it was because the sliding door in our room was not sealed correctly or wouldn’t close from the opposite end there was a 2 inch gap that would stay shut told front desk nothing was done about it. Reservations where very hard to get given we were only there for 3 nights it didn’t give us enough time to get on the list apparently you need a few days to get reservations in advance the bar staff was excellent at the swim up the concierge when we arrived and gave us a small tour of the place was upset when we declined any of there “gifts” because we did not want to attend the however long breakfast or presentation that you have to attend to receive it as soon as I said no the final time after declined multiple offers he just walk away from us rudely but other than that it was alright

We have been to this resort 4 times. We love the location, the beach, the service, and the facilities. The only thing we note each time is we feel the food overall has gone down in quality. Otherwise we love it.

La struttura è molto bella, la spiaggia ampia e ben servita. Il personale efficiente e molto gentile. Peccato per il cibo, veramente di scarsa qualità
