“Clean room. Missed having microwave in the room. Shower had restricted access to hot water.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“The bed was comfortable the pillows were good. The room was spacious. The bathroom had lots of room. The shower had good water pressure. Anyone who does not like lavender should know all of their bath products have lavender in them. The room was mostly quiet, there was some noise from the nearby highway. The location was convenient. The employees were all very nice.”

“The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were nice and clean.”

“Like the beds and linens. Towels pretty thin. Only 3 big towels. Needed another but too tired to ask. Eggs were cold at 8 am when was to be available until 9. No one at desk at 11 am which is checkout time. Even waited 10 minutes.”

“Property close to Blossom Music Center and easily accessed from interstate. Our floors were wet from mopping , I guess. A coffee maker would be nice. We had no cups. The toilet paper holder was broken, not there. 2 half rolls sat on the sink. I would not stand in the shower. It was either terribly stained or dirty. I will not be staying here again.”

“Well, first of all, when I went into my room, the toilet seat was broke. Secondly, the only ice machine that worked was on the first floor and I was on the third floor. And third, the elevator had no light in it. So when door shut, it was totally dark”
