“Clean new”

“This was an incredibly odd experience from start to finish. I was double charged for the entire stay the moment I walked in the door and was told that's a standard but I was also told that if the charge did go through they would take care of it. So I'm not sure if it's a standard or if they were unsure it was supposed to happen that way. We arrived and noticed the beach volleyball court was totally overgrown. The pool was not full and wouldn't be during our stay. They did not have an ice machine...

“The hotel is very nice. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was fantastic.”
