I told the lady at the front desk I wanted my money back she told me no at 3am. I wake up at 5:00 a.m. for work got no sleep here because they can't do simple maintenance to the property. By far the worst hotel I have ever been to”

“We have stayed there several times and have always been happy. However, this time, in the morning when my husband and I woke, both of our nightstands were covered in small ants! We did let the staff know and they said it would be addressed.”

“Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in. Random people were getting out of their car to see if breakfast was out yet. Breakfast not served early enough on the weekends go kids who have...
