“The fitness center treadmill was down”

“The room was spacious with plenty of storage space since we stayed for a week, that was important. Bed was comfortable and the room was for most of the time quiet. The insulation is not the best, we could hear the people above us filling the hot tub and running it, the first time it was midnight. “You get what you pay for in this hotel. The room and the property is pretty outdated. The pictures doesn’t do justice.”

“When I arrived at 11pm there was no one to greet me (there were people there but not sure what they were doing) and when a person did come to check me in I did not feel welcome and it took a while. Overall as a single woman traveling I was not feeling safe in my first visit here. As a result I did not sleep well. When I awoke, the shower did not get warm after leaving it on for many minutes. Upon leaving, staff was GREAT. The woman at the desk was welcoming and when I told her about the shower...

“Front desk staff were very helpful. They had extra towels, an iron, etc. sent up when requested. I was told that housekeeping was done on the 3rd and 5th day of stay. We got fresh towels on 3rd day, but no sheet change for duration of our stay. Not very hospitable.”

“The staff was friendly and over whelmed. It took too long to check in. My room didn't have a coffee table which I had that room before and it did. The tables at breakfast at both days I stayed were dirty. I stayed at this hotel on vacation for four years in a row and have seen better but, I would come back.”

“Very nice hotel. Didn’t think I’d like it as much as I did. Literally has all things you’d want in a hotel Breakfast, pool and hot tub Bus and light rail so close to walk to which makes everything easy to commute too”

“Didn't like walk in shower water control. Water splashed out onto rest of bathroom floor, became slippery.”

“While the room in general was fine, the air conditioner was very loud & whined; the coffee dispenser downstairs didn't work one of the days; no coffee cups were out one if the days; the water to the building was off one of the days from noon until almost 5 pm (the schedule we got upon check-in stated from noon to 3 pm); and only 1 ice machine worked for the entire hotel. While this may have been a fluke, it did not enhance our stay in any way.”
