“My husband and I absolutely loved this resort! The staff is amazing, the food in all of the property restaurants (4 total). We even had room service a few times. Pools were great. We especially enjoyed the daily/nightly on-site activities. 10/10 recommend!!!”

“L'hotel in se stesso e nelle aree esterne è molto ben curato. Ma il servizio e provare a chiedere qualcosa al personale è praticamente impossibile. Nella parte platinum dove ero io, c'era un concierge ed u Receptionist.Per fare un check in la media di 20/30 minuti, le attese al concierge dai 15 ai 20 minuti. hotel pieno. inglese parlato da pochissimi diopendenti. WIFI ASSOLUTAMENTE NON FUNZIONANTE. Cibo tanto e non eccezionale nonostante i 10 ristoranti che peraltro non sono stati prenotatili...

“I really enjoyed my stay here. It was almost perfect apart from the AC being a bit too weak and the water quality and tempreture regulation not being great. But it really did not cause much of an issue. I was able to enjoy a quiet room that was very beautiful and clean. I am so happy with my choice”

“The Valentin is always an excellent choice. I've been here several times and always enjoy the property. As an annual visitor, I would appreciate it if they would change up their menus from time to time. The menu choices have changed little to none in the last couple years outside of the new 'pay' experiences. “Well-run hotel with great service and good faciiites overall. Food selection was decent. The suite was amazing, the best I’ve stayed in of any similar tier of resort. Good clean resort, attentive service, lots of smiles. The entertainment was good and we thought the traditional Mexican festival with foot stands and dancers outside in the sandy pavilion was super unique. Overall, we had a great time.
