Il receptionist che ci ha fatto il check out è stato bravo e disponibile e anche il signore che ci ha aiutato in quel momento con i bagagli. “Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square offre un servizio superiore a quello di un Hotel 5 stelle ma con la comodità di un appartamento a propria disposizione. “We stayed because of close proximity to presidio surgical center. Property is nice. Room is nice but a little bit unkept. The ac/heater very very loud. They serve complimentary tea and coffee. I was disappointed not to have some authentic tea rather than the usual teas found in hotels. Love that they have some parking right at the hotel.”
