“The check in was very easily done when we arrived. The room was clean and nice. The housekeeping staff were very nice and did a good job. Breakfast was good each day, would like to have had waffles, pancakes, maybe a day as a choice.I have to say it was a good night s sleep each night, very comfortable beds. My only complaint would be that the property near the river was not well maintained. There were chicken bones and trash under the picnic table , it needed mowed, weed eated better ,and maybe...

“We enjoyed being able to sit on the patio chairs overlooking the river. Very peaceful. The breakfast was adequate and coffee was available 24/7.”

“This is our go to place to stay in Pigeon Forge. I will not stay anywhere else. Reasonably priced, close to everything without fighting traffic to get into the hotel. Always clean. Comfy beds and pillow.”

“This hotel is at the beginning of the Parkway so it avoids a lot of traffic. It is fine for a home base. However, if you are wanting a place with lots of amenities, especially for children, I would choose another place.”
